2016 is here, finally! I have been waiting to kick 2015 to the curb for quite some time as it has been a difficult year on many fronts.
A friend mentioned; I am a year 1 when it comes to numerology (I write about witches and druids...so therefore of course I would find the subject interesting). It basically means; a new cycle is about to start filled with amazing potential and new beginnings. I am very proud to announce that I will be officially launching my career as an artist in 2016.
Anyone, who knows me well, will tell you that I strongly believe in a higher power greater than ourselves...and that he/she has a most twisted sense of humor. Just when you think everything is going according to your ''agenda''. They throw a monkey wrench in your well ordained schedule without giving you a heads up.
Well my second book entitled Hope in the Four trilogy was one of those monkey wrench's sent my way with a note; go back and rework the entire script! We don't care that its almost finished.
If I had a dollar for every time I herd someone say about Four and the Prophecy of the Four; this is a movie. You should see someone about getting it done. I would have one nice chunk of coins!
It is always somewhat bitter sweet when ever I do a book signing at this location. I was raised in Laval and spent 25 years of my growing pains there. Crossing that bridge to reach the island always floods me with so many memories. It never misses as well, for I always end up meeting someone from the past at this location. On this date I met an old friend from High School with her spouse and kids!
As usual, a big thank you to the staff on hand. You made my event a very pleasant one.
